Default ELAT and TSA Help!

Hi, I'm applying for English at Pembroke College, and i thought all the was required for me to sit was a written test when i went for the interview. Now my english teacher (also school's exam officer) wants me to fill in the form and apply for TSA and ELAT, feel completly confused, as i always thought that ELAT was only for those students going to Oxford, not Cambridge.

Now not sure what i should do, if i should just trust my teacher or try to find out more. My laptop screen is tiny and the Cambridge website comes out in an odd format, so maybe i am missing something about the TSA and ELAT there.......wow, this post sounds very confused and rambling. Sorry!
Anyhoooo, does anyone know exactly what i will/will not need to sit for Pembroke?

You don't have to register for the TSA, surely? According to the Cam website the college registers you for it automatically when they accept your application.

There's a form?! Why did no one tell me there was a form?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

It is only for oxford students. I think it was developed by Cambridge or something, so don't worry. It's just dandy.

I couldn't find anything about the ELAT or the TSA here or here.
It only mentions "Test at interview" for Pembroke, nothing you have to register for.
