    joining the university of leicester network on facebook
    i cant seem to do this! i have an email address, but i cant confirm it cos theyve sent the email to the uni address, which i cant access =S but other people seem to have managed to join. any help here? if i make any sense anyway lol

    why can't you access your uni email?have you tried using the web access?

    it wont log me in either i've typed the right username and password..maybe the server is down or something...

    The login page is hosted by the mail server, ergo if you can access that, the server is not down.

    As for actually logging in, immediately after I signed up, I found I couldn't login and it took quite a while.

    Also, and I don't know whether you HAVE to omit it, but I only managed to login without the @le.ac.uk (or whatever it is!) suffix on my username.
