The best university for education, reputation AND social life?

It depends what you want out of a university. Case in point: Lancaster. Great university, brilliant reputation, excellent course - and I visited, and I didn't like it. Something just didn't feel right. Go with what you want; there isn't a perfect university.

zzzzzz, its an individual thing. It will vary by what suits you and the subject area you go into.

Well any top ten university will give you the good education and reputation, and most have a good reputation for a social life.
