Default English Literature and a Modern Foreign Language

After a very dossy year of year 12, which I only acheived ACCE in, I have now already pulled my socks up and started revision for retakes in January, and have been given a prediction of ABB. I am looking to apply to manchester for the English Literature and Italian course, which has an offer of ABB.

I was wondering if anyone thinks it likely I will get an offer, though my AS levels were not so great. May I also state though, that the A I did get in English Literature was very high, with me gaining 120 out of 120 on one of my papers.

you'd probably get an offer, as long as the e wasn't in your language.

Thanks for your reply, I'm thinking I might stand a chance because I doubt that course would be that popular. I was wondering if anyone has done a similar degree to the one I am thinking of, to see if they enjoyed it?

Thanks
