Pretty generic question... but what's the university life in QMUL?

Furthermore I'm thinking of applying Medicine at the university. I've done some information but please provide me with relevant information if possible.

Is accommodation provided instantly to year 1 students? How about the living costs? Thanks!

All first year students who 'need' accommodation will get it. If you live in London or Greater London it's probable that you won't.

Tbh the medical school is quite seperate from the university, they have their own union, halls etc. If you live outside the M25 and have firmed QM you're guaranteed first year accommodation.

i think all first years should get accomodation, i know people whose journey takes one and a half hours and was rejected for accomodation...but my friend who does medicine lives half an hour away from uni got it

I live an hour and half away and still got rejected (Im doing medicine!). Its just later i.e. September you could be offered a place off the waiting list.
