While many places say if you meet their minimum requirements, your application will be considered equal with everyone elses, but if two people were exactly the same, but one had AAA over AAB, the choice might be made based on grades. Really, to give yourself every possible advantage, Id say try to get that AAA prediction, even if its only AAB you need.

but as well as that, would you say you're more likely to get a higher standard offer if you have higher predicted grades? are people with AAA more likely to get an offer of AAA than an offer of AAB?
