Got an interview on the 15th with Dr Emma Hunter and Dr Andrew Bell! So excited.

I'm afraid I don't really know either of them; as far as I know Dr Hunter isn't part of the ASNaC department, and I've only had one lecture by Dr Bell. He seemed really nice though!

Thank you!

I got Dr. Philip Dunshea and Dr. Rosalind Love as my interviewers.

Now those I do know  I'll PM you!

It'll be such a tough decision for them then! Good luck, my competition...

Hi Guys Nimrod100's mum here, Nimrod is in Cambridge today so I am stalking her page :colondollar: Good luck to all of you, just relax and enjoy the day, and remember ASNaC's are special people who else is going to put themselves through 3 years of obscure languages!

Thank you! It's on Tuesday.
The interviews went well. No questions that were out of the ordinary, and interviewers were all lovely!

They were pictures from an Anglo-Saxon religious book.
Hello, I haven't posted on here before but did anyone else get an offer?
Hi! I know this thread is a bit dead, but I'm planning on applying for ASNC in October, entry 2017, Trinity college. I love medieval history and literature (literature in general, really), and also studying languages so this seems like the perfect course for me. I visited Cambridge in October and met some DoSs and current students, I'm also reading a lot (just finished the Mabinogion and Ganz's Early Irish Myths and Sagas, starting on Tolkien's Beowulf with commentary on advice of various people I met there) and teaching myself welsh, with a gaelic course on Skye lined up in the summer. I'm predicted 3As at A level.

Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!

I got an offer to do ASNAC at St Catharine's, but so far I haven't been able to find anybody else who's received an offer for ASNAC.
