First, look at what the law of reflection says:

The angle of incidence of a light ray is equal to the angle of reflection i.e. θi=θr\theta_i = \theta_r.

So, in order to study this, we need to creates rays of light and measure their angles. Think of ways of creating "straight" beams of visible light and microwaves. What do you need to be able to reflect these frequencies, and measure their angles? How do you detect the two frequencies?
