I doubt they will sell it, they already sold most of the graveyard for the library, FB, accommodation...it once stretched all the way to the canal and up to the railway. You can see a photo on the 2nd floor of the library heading towards the back bit.

The Uni has not bought this land, they don't want or need it. A private company has bought it and intends to build private halls on it. That is if the Uni ever approve of the plans!
