Bio AS: any one done nitrate pollution on algal growth?

Hi,

Has any one done nitrate pollution on algal growth for biology AS coursework? If so may I fire some last minute questions as I need to hand this in on Wednesday.

Well, its the edexcel specification.

Does the safety part only need to relate to my experiment, or must it cover all precautions, for example: on the cleapss card it says when using potassium nitrate of 7M above you must disposed differently...., but im only using 1M should I include the stuff about 7M?

How detailed does the method have to be? Eg using a measuring cylinder, fill 20cm3 with distilled water and place into a 500ml beaker./place 20cm3 water into a beaker.

How long is the hypothesis, the teacher says a sentence!

How many words should the plan be?

Is it an exothermic reaction- what my teacher told everyone to find out. (what!?!) I dont think this coursework is endo/exo.

Does every equipment have to be justified?

And anything else you think I might of missed out on my coursework.
Do you know any websites which have a guide to coursework?
