Really hope there's room for this!

Really want to take my Yamaha keyboard to uni with me - (well it's more of a portable grand as they call it).
Just measured it - 132cm length x 40cm width plus a 70cm depth
Hope D block rooms in Derwent have room for this :confused: ...
And I was worried about taking my Microkorg.

I stayed in a Derwent block for while last year (block A I think).

The rooms are pretty spacious and don't have much furniture, compared to Alcuin at least.

I reckon you'd be able to fit something of that proportion without too much trouble, but don't expect too much room left over afterwards :smile: You might have to move the desk or stick it across your wardrobe door.

Your only worry might be that, at least in block A, there's only one pair of wall plug sockets and they're on the far side of the room, so you may have a wire going across your doorway.

The lead I've got is pretty long so I'm hoping that's not going to be too much of a problem.

My mom has bought be plastic storage things, but i get the feeling they wont fit at all lol
