unsure about my ucas choices-please help!!

these are my choices that ive decided on so far to apply for:
Fashion with Business Studies -university of brighton
Fashion Retail Management-birmigham city uni
Fashion Design, Styling and Promotion-middlesex uni
Fashion-southampton solent
Fashion Management (Mgt/Mktg/Retail/Buying&Merchandising)-university of the arts london.

im not sure if these will be my final choice and i would really like some advice.
anyone know what these universities are like?
what the courses are like?
what its like to live in those places?
and also any other suggestions for courses.
im looking for a course which would include as many things as possible such as styling, promotion, merchendising, buying, photography, design, ect
although i think styling is the most important.
i havnt really been able to find a course that includes all those things,
