UCL biomed insurance for med- Confused though!! HELP any one?

Hey umm.
I got ABB for my A-levels last year
and I'm reapplying for med again!
As my insurance I'm doing UCL biomedicine.
I'm retaking 3 modules to raise my Bs this january.
What i'm so confused about is that I do have the initial grades to go a biomed course for UCL but do they accept reapplicants?
I don't know if i'm making any sense! In case I do fail [again!] to get into med i wanted to know that me retaking private exams to raise my grade for medicine affect me as an applicant for my insurance biomed course for UCL?
I've sent an email to them just know but i just wanted to know what others think.

I will be so thankful if anyone could reply and give me some feedback ?
