I'm trying to register on the Deloitte careers website, https://www.careers.deloitte.gtios.c...gistration.asp but am unsure about something.
If you choose UG work experience/London, the options are Actuarial, Corporate Finance, SVS Consulting and SVS Professional Services Rotation.
Ideally I'd be looking to work in Corporate Finance, but that is not listed as SVS. Since it's still in the UG Work Experience category is it just a technical error? On the main SVS page, http://careers.deloitte.com/united-kingdom/students/students_undergraduates.aspx?CountryContentID=5574 , it does say you can do Corporate Finance...

If it's coming up on the form then it's probably right - could just be that consulting and professional services have particular schemes or something. If in doubt, give them a call, their number should be around on the site (theirs) somewhere, but I'm pretty sure that would be right. Good luck! .

It could mean that they have already filled the vacancies, they haven't opened yet or that they aren't taking anyone for svs in cf next year. Best thing to do is phone them to find out.

When you apply it asks for "The date that you are available to start work".
Do they mean when you graduate or when are you available for the placement???

Thanks for the reply...I wasn't expecting an answer due to how early it is (for me anyways )

I would think the placement one too. Some unis don't finish until after the first rotation starts so I think it's them seeing which rotation to put you on.
