Default Physical tests for lifeguarding exam

Hi,

I have been offered to take the lifeguarding course this Christmas. It will last 6 days (8:00am - 4:30pm) and will have an exam at the end. The course costs £200 and the exam £20. I already have the lifesaving awards, the "Bronze Medallion" and and "Award of Merit".

What I want to know is what physical (swimming) tasks will I have to do in the lifeguarding exam and what are their time limits? I'm fine with all the theory work (health and safety etc.) but am not the strongest of swimmers. I meet the swimming pre-requisites for the course:
- swim 50m in less than 1 minute
- swim 100m continuously
- submerge to the bottom of the pool

Any help appreciated as I don't want to spend £220 and find it was a total waste.
