I checked to see whether they had the grade boundaries in the AQA website, but they only had the grade boundaries for the exams up to January 2004.

yes and this also includes genes and genetics (Unit2) and core principles(Unit1).

For BYB3, which is out of 54 for the written and 30 for coursework (scaled to 75 and 45),

Written:

A = 36, B = 32, C = 28, D = 24 and E = 20 (scaled up to 50, 44, 39, 33 and 28 respectively)
