    Evening MPs,

    Announcement for Party Leaders
Over the weekend I've gone through your members lists and have alerted you to users who are in more than one party. I'm still waiting on one more list *cough* toronto353 *cough*, but for the first time in a long time, the lists are in order. Can I remind you all to double check that members aren't already in other parties when processing join requests. If you are at all suspicious of someone trying to join, you can request a dupe check in the Ask A Moderator forum.

    Evening MPs,

There's a new vote this evening. The results of previous votes can be found here.

Quick request: I've added a poll to the Select Committee thread. Vote on whether you would be interested in standing on it and should it get enough interest, I may take the idea further.

Quick request 2: This one is a bit cheeky, but I was wondering if any of you would consider putting links to the MHoC into your sigs? For those that already do, thanks! But if we can get a better site presence, hopefully it'll attract new faces to the forum. Getting more exposure is something I hope to work on with the HoC mod, especially with the busy results day period coming up in a few weeks.

    V382 - Bylaws Procedure Bill

    V381 – Education (Secondary Examinations & Assessments) Bill 2011

    Re: The Speaker's Chamber
    Evening MPs,

The real life House of Commons may be in recess, but we're not! Things are quiet here like an adjournment debate on rail services to Grimsby...

Point is, we need some more bills in here! If any of you have ideas about ways you could improve the lives of people in this country through legislation, pitch it to your party colleagues, build upon it and get it into me! It's all about the ideas... :moon:

Most of you will know by now, but for those that have been on holiday, under a rock or on a drug fuelled bender, TheCrackInTime has been appointed moderator for the HoC. In addition to his moderating duties, Aaran will be representing our forum to the supers and administrators and will be working with them to promote and boost activity here. He'll also be modding in the MUN, so those of you who post there will see him too.

We couldn't get David Cameron here, so we've got the next best thing; paddy__power, and he's taking your questions tonight!

    Have a good evening guys,

    - Nick

    Re: The Speaker's Chamber
    Evening MPs,

Dayne has asked if MPs and party members could take the Political test in this thread. Once he's gotten enough data, he'll compile some cool graphics and statistics of how each party fares, so to help make it more accurate please take the test and post your results in the thread.

There's a new bill this evening.
