UCAS Problem

Hey Yall,

I've completed my UCAS form but the welcome page says

"You will not be able to send your application until you have verified your e-mail address (via the personal details section), or via the link below if you have not completed all sections of your application."

I think i've already confirmed my e-mail...

I don't know what i should do.

Don't do anything... If you've verified your e-mail address then ignore the message...

how do i know if i've verified it? (i can't remember doing so as i registered months ago...)
You probably have... I know I did and I still got that message.
