biology - aqa c/w - a/s"The Effect of Change in Substrate Concentration in Enzyme Activity"
this is the title of the coursework....
ive already started writin the plan.. actaully nearly finished.. but i just wanted some information on catalase systems... and why its a good enzyme system to use in my experiments? -

Catalase is good to use because it is easy to measure the rate of reaction by measuring the volume of gas evolved. You can also easily change all of the variables of the reaction, like enzyme concentration, substrate concentration, temperature etc.(Original post by zebra)
