A Level AQA Psychology Spec A question on pro social behaviour help please

I was wondering if you guys could give me some pointers on what to write and how to structure an answer to this question:
'Outline and evaluate research relating to media influences on pro-social behaviour?'

I've got Batson's study on how kids tv programmes affected whether or not they acted more pro socially depending on the tv they watched but what else?

Heh, that's my past paper.

I made it up, i didn't know anything...got a low B for that paper. I'm pretty sure the answers to my other questions were a good A. I felt like crying whn that came up...

Sorry, totally irrelevant but that still cheeses me off.
