it reali appears that way and alot of alevel students applied for nursing this year explaining why the reserv list is sooo extensive with reali high scorers on it... its not entirly fair thou 44 out of 50 and your on the reserve list.. thats just crazy!!!!! xx

Yes and I have sent all the documentation off to them on Wednesday its the waiting. I genuinely donot believe there will be any movement on the midwifery reserve list. Last year 35 places were offered this year only 30 x

No lol.... I wouldnt worry. I am the same I am 32 and contacted my doctors and they dont hold all of my injections history. I was told to that when you turn a certain 25 they no longer keep them x

That's what doctor's told me lol. On the form it said any info missing or incomplete could delay your selection. Do you have no evidence of injections? This whole thing is stressful.

I didnt ask all I know is that I got an offer for Nursing and I am not accepting....Alot of people that have made it to reserve will more than likely choose there 2nd offer and not wait around...The bursary is a biggie. It free many that you dont have to pay back thats a great score by the way xx

It may have been mentioned in a prior post, but how do you all know your scores? Did you have to ask or did you find out in your acceptance/reserve letters?? I am curious about mine

To be honest no... midwifery is my passion! I would only be doing the nursing as a route into Midwifery! I know having both would increase my chances of employment!

I can honestly say Queens for Nursing is a bit inconvienant.. i live in Derry and it would be such a commitment with a young family. Ideally i would study nursing at Magee but as this is my 2nd yr of unsuccessful for Magee it doesnt look likely! I am on reserve for both Magee and Queens. I hope to hear from either of those (fingers crossed)

But in the mean time i am going to sort things out for applying again.

    xx
