Re: Nursing at Queens...Yeah she said it was no easy to say exactly because ppl who got offers may also go to a uni of their first choice. So we will all have to wait and see. Also conditionas have to confirm by the 25th june so some may come free then and whe access results come out at the end of june.(Original post by Access09)
HI everyone yes i rang also said there is 709 on reserve i scored 18/25 however there may be 20 with the same score ! and of course those above me. They said at this point there is no more info when results come out theyll no better. -

Well done Paul Reid thats great hope its kept yiur hopes up.
Access 09 yea i was surprised by how high the reserve list is tho i think it will get smaller as people may take other offers they may have or not accept their reserve place leaving better chance. It would be great to hear the highest score on the reserve list then we will know what our chances are, i was giving up hope but now feel bit better. Just one more exam to do tomorrow night then its wait wait wait til August. -

Yea part time have English literature exam tomorrow night. my course isnt science based so need 65% are you doin access? -

Re: Nursing at Queens...I got on condition that i score 65% average, I am sitting on a 85% average, so I only need to pass my last exam. I am just after phoning to get my interview score I got 22/25, and here was me thinking for weeks that i did a bad interview.
I thought i did a fantastic interview for UU mental health and i didnt get offered a place. At least the way Queens do it is a lot fairer, as they do have a reserve list, UU dont so the place will end up going through clearing to people who most likely dont want them. -

Re: Nursing at Queens...Well done on your offer, my friend who got a conditional offer also got 22/25. Wow your average is fantastic, im sittin on 70% i dont think any1 in my class has that high, think mid 70's is the highest.(Original post by Sabsbabs1)

And there was me thinking my interview went really well too, ah well wat will be will be my average in my access 1st year is 74%, just waiting on my results for this year.
Can anyone tell me do we have to hand our results in personally or can someone else do it for me ???
Im going on my honeymoon on the 23rd august, my flight leaves at 7am !!!!! -

Congatulations on your upcoming wedding!
Not sure if you have to hand them in personally, ring them up and explain, as it is a really important occation for you, they may let you organise a different day. I have to hand mine in on the 19th, so the staff will be there that day also. -

I thought that the data protection act 1998 ment that any company holding information on you have to disclose it if asked? phone them up and tell them this. -

Re: Nursing at Queens...I know my first year result was 80%. I asked and she said access could bring their up when they get them, as there is no point waiting to Aug and standing for 1.5 hrs waiting to be seen!!!(Original post by margiex)
