Technically I have an offer from a top 20 uni in southampton who come 18th overall, but for some reason (despite having 5* A for research & teaching...) they come much lower for law! :frown:

i was just trying to establish which league tables u r using as Gaurdian and Times league tables have differences of opinion!!! according to the times I haven't actually applied for a top 20 uni. But I been accepted by Kent which is 23rd!!!lol

All my offers so far are top 20: Cambridge (AAA) MAnchester (AAA) and East Anglia (EE) HAve any UK students heard fomr Nottingham or Warwick with offers yet?

East Anglia isn't in the top-20*, according to the Guardian and the Times.

*whether it be in the overall university standings, or the individual subject tables.

Heya.

I've got offers from LSE (AAA) & Kings (AAB). I haven't heard from Nottingham, UCL & Durham.

I think I'm going to accept LSE as my firm and either Kings or Nottingham (if I get an offer) as my insurance. However, I'm not really sure about what I'm going to do next year - I'm increasingly coming round to the idea of a gap year.

I wasn't trying to belittle either yourself or UEA - I was just feeling cantankerous. :p:

There's nothing wrong with UEA - and you must have impressed them
inordinately, to have been given an offer of EE.
