Moderator Band is in the right ventricle of the heart .. i want to knw the insertion and origin of the moderator band .. and innervation for the moderator muscle ..

Ohh!!! PAthology SSMs might have an applicaton! It runs from the interventricular septum to the anterior papillary muscle.
You might find more in traditional anatomy books if you look it up using it's 'real' name (septomarginal trabecula). It's part of the AV bundle (carries the right bundle), so that should help you nail it's innervation...
