The Big "I Love Musicals" Discussion Thread
So, I'm going to be buying my tickets to see a production of Carousel soon, and I thought I'd make a thread for you to all declare your love for musicals! In fact, what are your top five? Mine have to be;
1) Camelot
2) Calamity Jane
3) Seven Brides for Seven Brothers
4) Oklahoma!
5) Paint Your Wagon
Runners up being Rocky Horror Picture Show, Funny Face, Carousel, Les Choristes and The King and I

Five? I can't choose five! Some favourites though would be Avenue Q, Les Mis, The Last Five Years (anyone else know this?), Billy Elliot, Wicked, Sound of Music, A Chorus Line, Parade, Hairspray, Sweeney Todd, Marguerite, The Lion King, Miss Saigon, Rent and West Side Story.

Re: The Big "I Love Musicals" Thread
Hehe you could so tell Earl Carpenter was an ex-Phantom. His Javert voice was a bit too phantomly seductive at times!
and yay for blaggery! Cheap stalls seats for me, could have snuck into second row but wanted to be near an exit as I had to run to Victoria. Now talking about doing Spamalot in December, and poss even Les Mis again [/obsessivefangirl]
