time machine
apple mail
dashboard

apple mail - Mozilla Thunderbird, probably
dashboard - No idea what this application is, but I'm sure there's a Linux equivalent
ichat - Pidgin, probably
.mac - urm, a calendar/personal organizer application?
??


Those are my guesses. Basically he's stolen Mac programs and applied them to Linux programs.

dashboard is widgets (like a clock, calender, translator etc.) but i am pretty sure greg uses windows xp not anything penguin based
