If you rearrange to make a x 10^n the subject and numerically calculate the other side, that'll give you an answer in standard form, hence what a and n are.

a= 4/5, n=2/3
because 7 divided by 4/5 =8.75
and 6 divided by 2/3 = 9

fps_cam i dont think you are right...

If you rearrange it you will get:

a x 10^n = (7 x 10^6)/(8.75 x 10^9)

divide the two and you should get a nice fraction which will give you two nice numbers for a and n
