E = 2000/0.25
E = 8000 Vm^-1

Mass of electron = 9.11 x 10^-31

edit: Umm the graph says the pd difference is 2k V, you say 1k V... which is it?

the question asks for the force

F = Eq = 1.6e-19 * 8000 = 1.28e-15 N

for part 2:

E = qV = 1000 * 1.6e-19 = 1.6e-16 J

yeah that's what i didnt get. in thhe answers it says 0.04N
