That ostrich (?) is freaking me out. And if I had epilepsy I fear I might be dead already.

Yes, I fear I may have actually killed someone with it. A mod has just pm'd me about it.

I really like that one. :yep:

I don't really use one particular motto but if I did, it would be 'nothing worth having comes easy'... I love Scrubs. :p:

Depends on what that something is though. There's this one 'Only fools rush in' and that holds true for relationships. I have rushed in too many times I suppose.

I like this one:
'The pursuit, even of the best things, ought to be calm and tranquil.'
Marcus T. Cicero

'If in doubt lubricate' and 'if it doesn't fit you need a bigger hammer.'
F*** it.

Hmm my dads motto is something like "the choices you make; not the chances you take, determine your destiny". Which he has a habit of saying ALL. THE. TIME. lol. I just like "make everyday a happy day". Simple, but it works for me.

Nil illegitimi carborundum.

^ Look it up if you're that interested.

My friend Mike's fav quote! Don't let the bastards get you down, right?

As a quote I rather like "Vi Veri Veniversum Vivus Vici.." from Faust/V for Vendetta.

By the power of the truth, I while living have conquered the universe.

Also like Milton's "better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven" and "life's a bitch.. and then you marry one"

'it is better to be thought a fool then to open your mouth and remove all doubt'
Piss on others before they **** on you.

But seriously, I've always acted on this motto from some random boxer:

Aim low, you'll stay low, aim high and you'll rise.
