Default Philosophy

I'm currently applying for English & History. I was considering applying to LSE for Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method.

Would it be worth including Philosophy in my statement and risking not enough information on the other two subjects for other unis to see?

How much of my statement would have to cover Phil. in order to be taken seriously?

Thanks

I'd say this is completely pointless because you'd have to badly compromise your personal statement for your other universities to come close to standing a chance.

What about if I interlink it all?

So that , Literature, Philosophy and History all sort of combine through the statement..

That might work for a philosophy course at UCL or King's but LSE's philosophy degree is such that you'd probably be better off interlinking your maths and science A-levels with the philosophy part. Don't do it.

Thanks, I opted against it, I'll probs just apply for English and History, it's safer
