Re: University & Course Comparisons for IB&CWell, you'll find other people agreeing (hopefully) that Economics is way more respectable than Accounting and Finance, the so called 'bean counting' subject (no offence to anyone doing it). Economics is more rigorous and quantitative, and you'll pick up more skills from doing a degree in it. Apparently, from what I've heard on here, it's fair easy to get a 1st in A&F at Warwick; a lot do. Also, again, from what I've read here, there are cases where accounting firms favour Physics/Chemistry graduates more than A&F graduates. Again, you look at how rigorous and respected the degree in question is.(Original post by Forté)

Economics from Warwick is a great degree; the decision between Economics and A&F should be an easy one
