    Well, you'll find other people agreeing (hopefully) that Economics is way more respectable than Accounting and Finance, the so called 'bean counting' subject (no offence to anyone doing it). Economics is more rigorous and quantitative, and you'll pick up more skills from doing a degree in it. Apparently, from what I've heard on here, it's fair easy to get a 1st in A&F at Warwick; a lot do. Also, again, from what I've read here, there are cases where accounting firms favour Physics/Chemistry graduates more than A&F graduates. Again, you look at how rigorous and respected the degree in question is.

    Economics from Warwick is a great degree; the decision between Economics and A&F should be an easy one

    i d rather go to campus uni such as warwick. go to warwick, more girls, all rounded university.

    More girls at a campus uni (like Warwick).....than the entire city of London? You've gotta remember Imperial isn't the ONLY Uni in London

    German and Russian / German and Spanish at UCL
    how good is that for a job in IB?
    I might give German and Arabic at Oxford a shot next year after a gap year or do you guys reckon I should just stick to UCL?

    The general concensus is, do an arts if your at oxbridge, and do something quant else-where. So up to you really...

    What postgraduate degree is recommended after a maths degree? From Oxford/ Cambridge/ LSE?

    Title of degree sugestion.

    EDIT: Degree from UCL likely to get front office?

    After a maths degree - Cambridge Part III, I think it's called something like "certificate of advanced study in mathematics" officially. Stupidly hard, but very well regarded.
