Default struggling inside

I been with my bf for nearly 2 years now and things arent going well i guess. I have a lot of problems that i dont think i can discuss with him because i feel like he's ashamed of me because of it. inside it hurts because he has a go at me for stupid things and it breaks me up. i feel like i'm losing him and everything all at the same time. I just wish he understood how hard it is for me to cope with ptsd and his temper tantrums too, i dont know whether its time to go separate ways,

I'd been with my boyfriend around 16 months when we broke up, and it had a lot to do with me having problems (PTSD being the main one) and feeling he had grown a major lack of understanding (and he also had major temper tantrums, which would spark off arguments).

I think I understand how you're feeling... personally, the way me and my boyfriend went (constant arguments and me feeling completely misunderstood), I fell out of love with him.

If you are still in love with him, then I reckon the relationship is probably worth saving. Have you sat down with him and had a really good talk about it? Like, explaining how you feel and how his behaviour effects you and how it can hinder rather than help you?
