In which order did the approaches develop? Just out of psychodynamic, behaviourism, humanistic, cognitive and biological. I can't remember exactly so I thought I'd quickly check. Thank you!

Not exactly a quick response...

Biological: Dates back to Avicenna (980-1037 A.D.)
Psychodynamic: Freud, 1890s
Behaviourism: Skinner, 1930s
Humanistic: 1950s
Cognitive: Late 1950s early 1960s
