i went to the open day, so do i really need to go to the visit day??

well i went to the uni of manchester open day, and then decided to apply. i then got an offer and they invited me to a visit day....

so do i really need to go?? is it going to be the same as the open day??

I think visit days will probably be more specific to the subject you have applied for (at my uni anyway). You will probably get more in depth information than on a mass open day and may get shown round your department's facilities if you weren't on the open day.

As for whether you go or not, I'd recommend it if it's not too much effort/expense and you're serious about going there. If you felt you saw enough on the open day then don't go.
