Does anyone know how or have any good ideas of how i can make working as a counsellor for Camp America relate to Psychology for my personal statement?

hmm well i suppose it's using psychology on a practical level to deal with all of the different characters of child you encounter. does dealing with homesick children and trying to help them cope count?
