Hi there,
I am wanting to apply for a research degree @ Oxford.
I am an American, I am currently enrolled at Caltech where I have maintained a 4.0 GPA, I have also worked at the Jet Propulsion Lab (NASA) during the summer in the robotics divison as part of Caltechs S.U.R.F programme.
Would I have a good chance of being accepted?

Undoubtedly you would be a qualified candidate, given your track-record at such a prestigious institution.
Have you taken a solid look at the Oxford site and evaluated what the application itself entails?
