Default Life and HEalth Sciences, audiology

why isn't Audiology seen as a very good course ?

where exactly is it on the life/health sciences ''league table'',

i.e. med, dentistry, optom, pharm.....

where does it come? and where does dental therapy, radiotherapy, midwifery etc

There is no such thing as a life/health sciences league table. For example, if I wanted a job in audiology but I did an optometry degree, then that optometry degree would be at the bottom of my personal league table, whereas a degree in audiology would be at the top. If I wanted to become a midwife, why would I study dentistry?

Just study what you want to study rather than worrying about the collective opinions of uninformed, stupid people.
