I would imagine:
Familiarise yourself with what you've said in your ps, and any texts you've mentioned in it.
Look at the course content, and make sure you are aware what sort of modules they offer/what direction they lean.
Prepare for the standard questions such as "why this course?" "why you?"
Perhaps find out, if you know who the interviewers are, their specialisms and make sure you know a bit about it.
If you've submitted any written work/portfolios/sat any exams for it, make sure you're prepared to defend/justify it.
And don't get too nervous!
