lol. Had mine just before the October break - it wasn't too difficult (got 37/40 i think) so wouldn't worry too much about it. Make sure you know all the satges of aerobic respiration and photosynthesis. There are no multi choice questions or essay questions. Pass mark = 26/40 (i think)

Good luck. Also are you sitting it tomorrow? Don't you have a long weekend today, tomorrow and Monday?

Not really got any tips other than have a look over your notes. It's not the most difficult.

Did mine a couple of weeks ago - 35/40. Lost 2 marks for writing antigen instead of antibody! Duh!:shifty:

Wouldnt worry about it. Revise unit one but dont overdo it. You would be surprised how much you already know.

Just you wait for Unit 2. Its the hard one. Lol. I had to resit that one next year and got basically full marks on the other two units.

Unit 1 is the hardest one. Unit 2 and 3 are a breeze after that!

Really? I found Unit 1 much nicer than Unit 2. Unit 2 was irritating in so many different ways!

The photosynthesis/respiration stuff inside out, eg the number of carbons at every stage would be the most obvious thing. I can't remember what was in Unit 1 now, it was only a year ago!

Really, don't get bogged down with all the over-complicated stuff because it's just a NAB, which tests your ability at C grade. It's pretty easy, just make sure you've got the basics down (respiration, photosynthesis, bits and bobs of the other stuff) and you should be fine.
