Default periods

im just wondering if im like the only girl ever not to know exactly when her period should be... ??
i dont really have a clue... never have
but then does giving blood affect when your period is?
i was thinking technically it might which makes when my period is supposed to be even harder to figure out lol
men have it easy ....

I'm on the pill so that's why I know exactly when i will.
Make a chart and every month fill in when you came on and when it stops each month. hopefully you'll eventually see some sort of a pattern

Ahh don't worry about it. I'm never 100% sure. I have an approximate-ish date, so I know around about when I'm due on, but it's never terribly certain.
I don't think giving blood should affect your cycle

Try something like www.mycycle.com to chart your cycle - you just tell it when you have your period and it works out when your next one will be. Though of course its accuracy depends on the regularity of your periods. Even if you are irregular it helps you keep track.

Blood donation shouldn't affect your periods.
How long have you had irregular periods and how frequent are they?
If it has become a major problem then it may be a good idea to consider the pill.
