Default English and Communication Studies (Liv Uni)
 
Hi,
I'm new on this forum. I'm applying for English and Communication Studies at Liverpool and am wondering what the competition is like. It says you need AAB and well I'm scared. You see I didn't do as well as I wanted (C's in Eng lit, Eng lang and RS) although I'm resitting. But in all honesty, do I really have a chance to get in, against you AAB people? Liverpool expects high standards but saying that my personal statement is really good and so is my reference as they show what I'm capable odf and my determination to better myself.

The course is amazing, I'm praying that I get an offer!

My Head of Year has to sent my UCAS form off this week- oh dear!

This probably isnt what you want to hear, but in all honesty we can't know what will happen. We're not admissions tutors and it could go either way.
In these situations you just have to think positively and hope that it all works out well in the end!

If your predicted grades are AAB then you stand a decent chance like everyone who applies with those predictions, but getting C's at AS up to A's at A-level is not going to be easy if you do get an offer!
