I think it depends on what sector

Politics for example - Bailliol has the best alumni network

Finance (which is the sector I wish to go into) - LMH has one the strongest network of all the colleges - CEO's/CFO's and indeed Senior Board members ranging from the biggest financial firms (and indeed also for Law) - include GS, MS, JPM, UBS, DB, NA and PW, EC (the latter two being the top boutiques in the industry)

Merton, definitely: best academically for seven years running, beautiful buildings in the centre of town, the oldest college (no matter what Balliol say), and despite the rumours, a great social life whatever you're looking for.
Most prestigious, and the best generally.

Merton is grade A gorgeous IMO prettiest college in Oxford. Though the rumours are actually at least partially true.

Magdalen has Oscar Wilde and C.S. Lewis. Or C.S. Lewis and Oscar Wilde. And other people, I'm sure. Which I don't remember right now.
