HELP! Sending off application soon

Here are my A level predicted grades:

Maths: B
Geography: B
History: A
Russian: A
Turkish: A

I would like to apply to study Politics and International Relations at university. I have lived in Russia and Turkey before and am therefore fluent in the languages. Some of my AS level results I was very dissappointed with, all of them being AAACDD. Does anyone have any advice as to where I should think about applying? I've looked at places such as the LSE, Nottingham, Bath, Surrey. Any help with regards to the personal statement etc. would be much appreciated. Thankooo! x
