How do I calculate mole fraction?

What do I need to calculate mole fraction?

I am told to calculate the mole fraction of iron (II). In one of my experiement I used 6cm3 of iron and 4cm3 1,10-phenanthroline.Concentration of iron (II) was 4x10-4 mol dm-3 and concentration of 1,10-phenanthroline was 4x10-4 mol dm-3.

RMM of iron (II) is 392.13
RMM of 1,10-phenanthroline was 198.23

-Work out the number of moles of each solution used: n=(VM)/1000
-Add up both to give you the total number of moles in the system.
-Mole fraction of iron = moles of iron/total number of moles in system.
