Default Subtituting Applications :)

On Ucas, you can substitute your choices and originally i had Law (M100) at Lancaster but decided to change this to Law and Sociology at Warwick....
They have now sent me an acknowledgement of my application but now i want to change it to just Law at Warwick... is that okay, or the fact i withdrew my previous choice and changed it cause any problems... For all i know, the Law department may have read my application - therefore withdrawing my application and applying for Law on its own, surely they won't understand why the same personal statement has come up and Stuff.

What do you think? Any help? Will they not notice and take me as a new applicant or will they wonder why i previously changed the choice...

Any help?
Is there anything wrong with changing the course through UCAS - i just thought the university may be a bit like WTF?

UCAS has this to say:

Choice of course, year or point of entry
If you are happy with your choice of university or college but you want to change your course, defer your application for a year or change the point of entry, you should write to the college or university direct, not to us. If the university or college agrees, they will tell us about the change. If we have already sent you an offer for your original choice, we will change it and the new offer will be displayed on Track.
