Default Sufficient to get into Leeds?

Is this sufficient to get into Leeds' Biochemistry and Molecular Biology BSc course (I'm a US student currently at Cerritos College, btw, and I'm trying to see what I should aim for):

SAT Reasoning Test: 2100, 8/12 on essay
SAT Subject Test in Biology-M: 700
SAT Subject Test in Chemistry: 700
SAT Subject Test in Mathematics (Level 1): 700
College courses in microbiology, chemistry, and algebra III, all at As or Bs
GPA of 3.4
Strong letter of reference from my college chemistry/microbiology professor
Strong PS that shows my interest in the field by citing my research ideas

Is this good enough? Do I actually need APs, since I'm taking college courses?

Thanks!

You have VERY good chances of getting into Leeds.

EDIT: You likely do not have to take AP courses.

Really? How are they rated for the biosciences? How are the research and teaching facilities?

W/ a degree from them, would I stand a good chance of getting into a UK PhD or graduate-entry medical course?

Leeds is a respected, solid university. Any degree from them is well-regraded. And yes, you can enter graduate medical courses with a bio-sciences degree from Leeds.

Also, I was homeschooled, and my independant study program sponsor org wouldn't grant me a diploma b/c I completed the requirements in three years, instead of four, and thus I have a certficate of equivalency from the California State Board of Education, and thus I have no "real" high school transcripts. What would I do?
