What points could you put down for 22 mark question to be successful a pressure group must be united?

Bit of an unusual question. Normally it is what makes a P G successful etc. Which board is it from?
Im not sure weahther it is a past exam question or my teacher made it up but im doing AQA

Sounds like your teacher made it up. I teach Edexcel.

Unity is important, but having no other P G doing the same/similar things is more important. Amnesty doesn't face much competition, Greenpeace does.

Come to think of it, the National Trust was badly split over fox hunting a few years back. The publicity over the split did do it harm.
