An awful lot of my history of art degree is focused on architecture. So, it wouldn't surprise me if your phd interviewer is an architecture specialist (is this for UCL or Cambridge), and may concentrate on that.
On the other hand, as you've mentioned some fine art stuff in your PS, that might be a starting point for your conversation.
From my Oxford hoa interview, I would guess that the interview is more likely to focus on how you think on your feet rather than what you know. for example, I was asked to talk about a reproduction of a painting and what I could deduce from it.
