I think she has one of those 'marmite' kinda voices - you either love her or hate her. I like marmite, but I don't like her voice

And I agree about the wearing flats comment! Or even just tiny heels! What does she wear when she goes outside?!

I dont hate her, I think she does well for her age. Though I do think she is lacking in versatility and theres quite a few individuals around with her sort of toned voice....amy winehouse, duffy and gabriella cilmi have a similiar tone. I prefer Alex's voice.
