Just get one of bitesize and fill it in
get a ringbinder and a bunch of dividers, write all your subjects that your taking exams in on the dividers. Then start making revision notes on the subjects, you will know you havent done enough revision if you havent finished or know the notes. or alternatively

http://www.myrevisionplan.co.uk/

sign up for free, put in your exams and their times and then it can automatically make a plan for each day depending on what you give each subject difficulty.
it's pointless to make one for the mocks; most probably you wont stick to it (just like me )
for the real thing i suggest you revise in blocks for one subject over three days and review the subject before the exam. good luck x
